Sergeant Chester McFist

Chester McFist, U.S. Army Ranger 00752776-photo-peter-sarsgaard-dans-jarhead-la-fin-de-l-innocence

GENERAL INFORMATION
Nicknames: Snap
Age in 2013: 23
Date of Birth: 18/5/1990
Gender: Male
Occupation: U.S. Army Soldier
Title: Sergeant

APPEARANCE
Portrayer: Peter Sarsgaard
Quite a tall man at just over six foot Chester is obsessively neat in appearance. Clean shaven on his chin and short shaven on his head he is known for regularly giving other soldiers a dressing down for not presenting themselves properly. Despite his height he is not a physically dominating presence, having concentrated more on building his stamina then building up muscle mass.

PERSONALITY

Chester is on the surface a calm and professional marine. Despite having fairly limited experience of combat he excels when under pressure, which was a key point of him rising up to his current non-commissioned officer level. Despite having the intelligence to work his way up to officer level he is happy at his current level stating, "I don't have the patience for doing the tests." For the most part Chester is a respected marine.

Except for when he has one of his famous moments, from which his nickname of "Snap" is derived. He first got the nickname when on a simple fire exercise: During the shooting range he began to twitch strangely and then (as reported by fellow soldiers) he began to "attack the target dummy with his barehands, biting the neck and screaming 'Have that yee fooking cocksacks!'"

From then on he was given the nickname snap for his legendary fits of where he snaps (or for the alternative meaning of his fits make everyone else go "Oh snap!"). Chester has continued to do well in the military, give or take a few more "extreme" moments.

Chester likes guns, discipline and the occasional drink. He dislikes messiness and people who make him angry.

HISTORY
Father: Malcolm McFist
Mother: Susie Keppler
Spouse: Divorced
Other:
Chester was a fairly average child: He grew up in Western Pennsylvania before moving round with his mother. She was a tour dancer, leading Chester to have a interesting childhood. He became physically very fit from a early age, excelling at Physical sports (except American Football where he had a tendency to not stop tackling, even during the breaks.) He continued to excel in the most physical forms and was recommended by his teachers to join the army; not least because they may be able to sort out his anger issues.

The army and Chester were a perfect fit and under a grueling shouting campaign he quickly learned to obey rules. After fighting in Afghanistan and discovering he liked to shout back he shortly found himself earning a promotion to Sergeant within the army.

At age 21 Chester finally learned about his father; a Scottish soldier on leave from the UK had found himself in the seedy end of town and found himself a lovely woman to spend the night with (Susie, Chester's mother.) Taking leave to go to Scotland he met his father in Glasgow and proclaimed it "the best time of my life." From there Chester became more comfortable with life and finally had the courage to dump "that no good fooking piece o'shite wife of mine" whom he had married at 19, finally divorcing her in 2012. Life continued to get better, as he served happily alongside long time comrade and friend Matthew Gibson.

Love it. Gonna fix a few typos, and if you could edit in when he got a divorce, that would be good. Name has been changed to Chester.
